Since I've been playing them for a week or so...
Crack to a different Dimension: One of them and you've more or less lost. The deck doesnt depend on Substitoad, it depends on Treeborn Frog and Monarchs. Without said Treeborn due to Crack to a different Dimension, you have game.
Vanity Fiend/Devil: Their only out is soul exchange. Also, if you have nothing else out in the field, the only out will have to hurt themself, allowing you to pull out another one.
Mirror Match: Damage Race. Monarch decks lose the damage race quite quickly. LaDD dies in the mirror.

The weakness of Crack can be combated even without any additional cards. It is very simple; never have 2 Treeborns in the Grave at the same time.
