Psycho Returner Exceed

Assuming you use Psycho Returner as an exceed material, if you send it to the graveyard, it allows you to special summon a Jinzo back.

    Are you sure? Isn't it the cost to activate the effect? Wouldn't Returner miss the timing?

    If the very last thing to happen is the Exceed Material being sent to grave, Jinzo - Returner is able to trigger its effect.

    Since it does not need to be on the field, then sent to grave. (Much like Dandylion except it's optional)
