Teching reasoning to try to net a free monster is a rather risky but interesting card choice.
Especially in Machiners.
Most people either declare 8 or 4, so Machiners Fortress comes out easily under these.

but isn't that the advantage? it's deck milling so... doesn't it benefit either way? It's like having an instant lyla or lumina
