    Foolish Burial is limited to 1 per main and side deck in both tcg and ocg + Royal Decree is semi limited in the tcg and ocg to both 2 per main and side deck

    perhaps replace with oidunno Brain Control / Cyber Dragon / Overload Fusion Or Card Trooper...
