For those who didnt notice, Starlight Road negates the EFFECT of the card, not the ACTIVATION of the card.
Hence, Anything that triggered Starlight Road will use up its chain block as usual.
Hence, the Stardust Dragon special summoned by the Road's effect cannot be bottomless'd or Torrential'd.
