A: Yes, but Aclys will not be equipped to the monster.

Trivia: If you summon Levaetin/Misteal through this way, and Aclys is sent to the grave/removed from play before Aclys resolved, you can get the equipping effect off Levaetien/Misteal.

Q: Do you select the monster to special summon when activating the effect?
A: No. only at resolution.
