I think you mean Nobleman of Crossout, but even then, you can't remove all copies of your opponent's Snowman Eaters as it is not a Flip effect monster.
Snowman reprint -> more playing of hero beat. Crossout wont help with Snowman other than being a 1:1 against a beatdown deck. whcih doesnt really help. However Hero Beat is a very trap heavy deck -> nobleman of extermination a strong choice against. Hence the increase in extermination play.
