For those who dont know who I am, I used to maintain The Gaijin Duelist, a Yugioh blog that garnered over 1000 hits daily(And for unknown reasons, about 1500 on Sunday...).

I've sorted my life out already, but I have also moved away from Japan.

First off, the deck is a removal beatdown type deck.
デッキは基本的に除去ビートです

The main way to gain an upper hand on the opponent or advantage in general lies in the free-chaining of removal cards.
アドバンテージプレイはほぼ全部フリーチェーン除去系から入る

Through the use of Double Cyclone with just about every card in the deck, the loss of advantage can be supplanted and even used.
ダブル・サイクロンを利用して、いろいろとチェーンやコンボして失ったアドバンテージを逆利用することもできる

Although it may seem like the deck lacks monsters, Hero Blast assures you that Neos Alius will be seeing the field many times.
モンスターは確かに少ないがヒーローブラストからアナザーネオスの再利用があるため、モンスター切れをおぞれる必要はない

You can choose Crusader over Evocator, for an honest target.
確かにエヴォルテクターよりクルセイダーを選べられるが

However, the 2 Evocators allow you to run Reinforcement of the Army, which assists with Neos Alius.
エヴォルテクターを使えば、アナザーネオスのサポートにもなる増援を使えられる

Both have its advantages and disadvantages
両方は長所と短所もある

You can probally play one of each if that floats your boat.
